Lauren Barrett
Lauren is a native Texan that grew up in the DFW area and with almost all of her family still residing in Texas, this is forever home! Lauren always had an interest in real estate from the age of 23 when she bought her first home in Tyler, Tx as she attended nursing school at UT Tyler. She rented out two of the rooms in her house to make up her mortgage payment, and the love of real estate began. She has since then bought and sold over three homes, done flip projects and owns an Airbnb in Fort Worth, Texas. In her first full year of real estate, she sold 36 homes coming in at a little under 18 million in revenue sold.
She prides herself the most on being a single mother of two amazing boys. During family time they love exploring DFW, playing sports, watching Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars games, and visiting every festival they can fit into their schedule.
As the founder of the Texas Real Estate Girls Group, she is focused on quality service to their clients as an all-inclusive real estate team. They pride themselves on going above and beyond for their clients and frequently help out-of-state buyers relocate to the DFW area. From lending babysitters to touring preschools, putting furniture together and stocking the fridge prior to your arrival, they treat their clients like family and hope to make the process as painless as possible.
Stephanie Autry
Meet Stephanie, a true Texan with a heart as big as the Lone Star State! After 15 years in the dental world, she decided to dive headfirst into the exciting world of real estate. Why, you ask? Well, it's simple—Stephanie's got a passion for serving others, and real estate is her calling! Whether you're buying, selling, leasing, or investing, she's your go-to gal.
But there's more to Stephanie than just her dedication to real estate. She's a superhero mom and loving wife and 2 amazing kiddos. When she's not rocking the real estate scene, you can find her and her crew at the beach, getting their camp on, or cheering on her talented kids in all their activities. Stephanie's all about making dreams come true, in real estate and in life!
Madison Dutcher
Madison, originally from Clovis, California relocated to the DFW area about 15 years ago. She has lived all over the metroplex, and currently resides in Frisco.
Madison’s love for real estate start from a young, as her family has moved a total of 20 times and counting. Having moved from California, Madison loves helping families who relocate from other states as she understands the stressful undertaking it can be to relocate to a new state. She has seen many sides of the real estate transaction as her start in real estate was working for a top producing agent in Dallas who closed on average $25 million in total revenue sold a year. She then used that experience to transition into a real estate career for herself.
On her free time Madison likes to spend her time with Friends and Family! The Fort Worth stock yards is one of Madison, favorite places to go for a day trip.
Karrisa Eng
Karrisa, originally from Las Vegas, embarked on a significant journey in 2022 when she relocated to McKinney, Texas, seeking enhanced opportunities and a change of pace for her and her two sons. With a career that commenced in the hospitality industry at the age of 19, she later transitioned into real estate, driven by the desire to create more quality time with her children and assist others in navigating one of life's most substantial financial decisions.
Growing up under the care of a single father who frequently moved, Karrisa developed a deep-seated passion for aiding families in finding their permanent homes where they can lay down roots and create life long memories.
Weekends hold a special place in Karrisa’s heart, as she and her family relish moments at Legacy West in Plano, indulging in their favorite ice cream, exploring local farmers' markets, or simply enjoying cozy movie nights. Her life revolves around family, community, and guiding others on their journey to find the perfect home.
Janelle Tapia
Janelle and her husband took a leap of faith relocated their family to Texas two years ago to give their family the life they’d always dreamed of. They instantly fell in love and Texas quickly became the place they’re proud to call home.
Before real estate, Janelle was a Pastry Chef for over 10 years and had the pleasure of starting two bakeries from scratch, meticulously crafting everything. This experience instilled a deep understanding of the importance of paying attention to detail and ensuring every aspect is precisely executed.
Janelle’s career in Real Estate went into overdrive from the moment she got her license. She crushed her goals in the prestigious Training Camp program that Monument Realty offers graduating with 5 transactions in just 10 WEEKS! She is a sponge and always hungry to learn and grow to further help her clients even on the most difficult of deals.
She is also a proud firefighters wife and momma of two. Her family loves all things sports, country music, and being big time foodies!
